I am eating a peanut butter sandwich

It is time to change the subject. I'm tired of scrolling down the page just to see if I have any new comments. If any of my legions want to comment now, I will be able to see it easily because this post is so short.

  1. The Blogspot Weirdo wonders if you read the e-mail sent last Wednesday.

Thank you and enjoy your sandwich.

  3. although, i looked for murf's house using the coordinates on sitemeter, and it pointed me to an empty field way out in the middle of nowhere north of tullahoma. so, there could be some other factor involved.

  5. platonypus does sound like something i would do: it's random enough to be silly, yet not clever enough to make much sense.

also, i do live out in a big field in the middle of nowhere in north tullahoma. that helps since i still don't have plumbing, yet nature is always calling.

right now i am sick and eating my own coughed up phlegm, if that's how you spell it. it's not the best.

“Meine Ruh’ ist ihn, mein Herz ist schwer ich finde, ich finde sie nimmer und nimmermehr.”

Translation: Before resorting to melodramatic means, why don’t you just delete all irrelevant comments? You can maintain most of the continuity of the previous post…sort-of. Or Irrelevant can stop commenting and/or be banned.

  9. Andrew, I appologize, but I solved that code. I hope it doesn't cause you harm, but it was a code, and I had to solve it and let you know. I think you'd understand.

  11. Santa has left you a message. Being that he is from the North Pole, he speaks a different language. Translate his message by decoding. (Hey, it’s not that hard! Just substitute one letter for another by taking cues from punctuation, spacing, and frequency of the coded letter. A hint from the last code, all V’s are I’s.)

  12. You aren't the ONLY one who enjoys crypograms! Plus, I just finally got around to reading the Da Vinci Code, so I'm all hopped up on these things.

And since I have now solved two of yours, I shall throw one back, using Andrew's comments as the medium. (and Andrew, don't think I'm not jealous that your comments get more action than my email inbox.)

  14. Yes, Andrew’s site has been extremely popular lately, with or without him! I think we’ve taken over…and, for some strange reason, I feel I caused it. Maybe I’m being egotistical. Thanks for the fun cryptogram, Murf! I won’t say what it is, for there might be others trying to solve it, but I know that it is #18 of the collection of those types of works by that author (Did I give it away?). I wonder what Andrew will say about all of this excess and these puzzles. If he decides to judge harshly, I will remind him of some very wise words by Murf’s mystery author:

    MYO LGQBTMZ IR FOXPZ TA KIM AMXQTK’J;
TM JXISSOMY QA MYO COKMBO XQTK RXIF YOQWOK
GSIK MYO SBQPO DOKOQMY. TM TA MHTPO DBOAM:
TM DBOAAOMY YTF MYQM CTWOA QKJ YTF MYQM MQEOA.

Are we sick of the cryptograms yet? I could do this all day!

  15. Murf, I should have asked before, are you feeling better? I hope that you are getting well. Being sick is awful.

  16. My Crappy Haiku Recapitulation

    Andrew is away.
    A cryptogram was posted.
    Murf HAD TO solve it.

    Murf apologized.
    He surpassed Andrew’s limit.
    In fact, I’m guilty.

    Said Bösendorfer,
    In a cryptogram format,
    More inane drivel.

    (Ah, Bösendorfer!
I played you in my juries.
    Divine Piano!!)

    Then another post,
One more nail in the coffin…
    Oops!…Andrew’s death threat.

    Santa Claus stopped by.
    He ho-ho-ho’d cryptogram,
    Complimented Murf.

    Murf got in the game.
    He posted a fun puzzle.
    So literary!

    I had fun with Murf.
    I posted one more puzzle.
    And wished the Murf well.

    I think that is all.
    I don’t know why I recap.
    I guess for Andrew.

    Andrew can delete
    This post or any other.
    I’m just having fun.

    (I really don’t care
If this haiku is all wrong.
    It’s out of boredom!)

  19. Someone REALLY Annoying1/2/07, 11:54 AM

This is dedicated to those who frequently check Andrew's site for new posts.

    We wonder as we wander
    Through the internet land
    If another posting splendor
    Has come from Andrew’s hand.

    Check on the blog
    Check on the post
    Check on the number
    Check and then we go!

    We wonder as we wander
    Through the internet land
    When another posting splendor
    Will come from Andrew’s hand.

    Will it be a graph?
    Will it be a poem?
    Will it be a sketch?
    Will it be a song?

    We wonder as we wander
    Through the internet land
    When another posting splendor
    Will come from Andrew’s hand.

I should quit before I embarrass myself…oh, too late!
